1. What Equipment Will I Need?

We’ve designed these programs to be simple and easy to follow. Our athlete, strength and
engine plans use a variety of functional fitness equipment, such as a barbell and plates, pull up
bar, bench or box, dumbbells, kettlebells, and aerobic equipment such as rower, assault bike,
etc. You do not need to use every piece of equipment exactly as specified to get value out of
our plans! Substitutions are encouraged if you don’t have what you need. We also provide a
bodyweight training plan for those who have little to no equipment.

2. Which Program Should I Choose?

The answer to this question mostly depends on what goals are most important to you.

Our athlete plan has been built on years of experience within elite sport and therefore is a
unique balance between strength and conditioning training. If you want to develop your overall
strength then you should follow our strength plan. Likewise, if you only want to focus on
developing your cardiovascular system then the engine plan is the right one for you. We also
provide a bodyweight plan that has similar characteristics to our athlete training system with a
constant variety of strength and conditioning work.

3. What If I Am Not Satisfied?

You’ll feel great knowing that your monthly membership automatically rolls over month to
month so you can come and go as you please.

4. What If I Have Questions?

Collective Fitness is a people orientated business that just so happens to provide health &
fitness as its service. No doubt there will be a time where you will need answers to questions
on tempo, reading the workouts, and generally how to approach the training.
