  • That’s normal — life happens. Our program runs in 12-week training blocks with weekly guidance and built-in flexibility. Whether you’re away, sick, or just had a mad week, you can pick up where you left off or adjust your plan — without guilt or guesswork. We focus on long-term momentum, not perfection.

  • Ideally yes or at the minimum have access to some basic equipment. We’ve designed multiple program tracks to match your environment and equipment. If you’ve got dumbbells and a bench, great. If you’ve only got bodyweight or bands, our No Equipment plan has you covered. Your training adapts to your life, not the other way around.

  • We give you structure, progression, and accountability. Every week of our program is programmed with intention, every block has a purpose, and you’re never just “winging it.” Plus, you’re part of a community — with leaderboards, challenges, and check-in nudges to keep you moving forward.

  • Absolutely. You’ll have access to all 6 add-on programs which are 12-weeks long (HYROX, Running, Strength, Fat Loss, No Equipment, Postnatal). You can switch between them at any time — whether you’re training for a race, looking to cut, or just need something simpler during a busy season.
