how it works

  • Create your account and download the app to get started. Everything you need lives in one place. Your training, nutrition guidance, accountability check-ins, and progress tracking. Once you’re set up, your personalised plan is ready to follow from day one, giving you a clear, simple path forward without any guesswork.

  • Once your account is set up, you’ll receive a message from your coach straight away. Say hello, share what type of training you prefer, and we’ll build the right programme for you. You can choose our full training plan, more detailed, structured, and progressive, or our lite plan, which keeps equipment minimal and lets you simply press play and follow along. Either way, you get a plan that fits your lifestyle from day one.

  • This is the heart of the programme, real coaching from real people. There’s a human at the other end of the phone who’s ready to guide you, support you, and help you build momentum. Start by saying hello, share what you’re working towards, and begin building that relationship. The more we understand you, the faster we can help you make meaningful progress toward your goals.

  • Each session is easy to follow, with clear written instructions and video demonstrations to guide your technique. New training phases drop into the app every month, keeping your progress fresh and purposeful. Along the way, you’ll track both your physical changes and your performance improvements, giving you real proof that you’re moving forward.

If you have ongoing pain, old injuries, or want more hands-on guidance, we recommend starting with a Health & Movement Consult instead.

  • The difference is the level of support.

    • Collective Training Club provides structured training with minimal coach input

    • Collective Guided Health Programme adds regular accountability and expert oversight

    • Collective Health Management Programme is fully managed, one-to-one health support

    During a consult, we help place you in the level of support that makes the most sense for you.

  • No.

    You can choose between:

    • A full gym programme, or

    • A limited equipment programme using dumbbells or kettlebells

    You can switch between options at any time by messaging your coach.

  • All programmes are designed with injury awareness in mind.

    However, if you’re currently dealing with pain, flare-ups, or uncertainty around what you should be doing, we recommend starting with a Health & Movement Consult so we can guide you properly.

  • In the Collective Training Club, support is light-touch. You’ll have access to the coaching team for setup and programme adjustments, but it’s designed for people who don’t need regular check-ins. If you want ongoing guidance and accountability, our other programmes are a better fit.

  • There’s no fixed timeline. Most members stay because the system is simple, effective, and easy to maintain alongside real life. You’re never locked in, and you can change or upgrade your level of support at any time.

  • Yes. Many members start in the Collective Training Club and move into either the Collective Guided Health or Collective Health Management programmes when their needs or circumstances change.

  • No. This is a long-term training system designed to help you stay consistent, move well, and build strength that lasts without extremes or burnout.

  • Nutrition support is delivered by James, our dedicated nutrition coach, who works one-to-one with clients who need hands-on guidance.

    James focuses on:

    • Sustainable habits

    • Performance and energy

    • Body composition where appropriate

    • Real-world eating, not extremes
